I’ve been seeing news articles about Morgan Stanley, and some kind of problems they are having at the top. Should I be concerned?
My wife and I have been Morgan Stanley customers for over 10 years. We started out as Dean Witter clients. A few months ago our broker left. We got no notice. We moved our accounts from Roanoke, Virginia to Washington DC. We got a new broker. He just left. Now Morgan Stanley doesn’t want to return our calls. I finally reached someone just today, and he treated me like I was dirt. I’m sorry my portfolio isn’t in the six figures, but that’s the way life is. Morgan Stanley needs to treat their clients right, and I don’t think they are. A big part of me things they are trying to get us to close our accounts.
