I have gotten one day service by using an envelop from another Netflix PO (often Worcester, Mass). I put labels over the back of the envelop which is red. I cover the note that says "nearest Netflix Shipping Facility". And I cover the red Netflix "return address". This seems to route the envelop to the barcode (for Worcester) which is on the bottom of the envelop. It gets to Worcester in ONE day.

My guess is that the Netflix Hartford receiving facility does not exist. Mail to their PO Box is forwarded to another facility (prob Worcester) adding a day to the time it takes them to receive the DVDs.

I'm having the same problem. Returns to Hartford take two days. Worcester, White R Junction, Tucson, & Phoenix are just a day. Do you have any idea what is happening in Hartford?

When I use envelopes w non-Hartford addresses they take two days and may be going to Hartford, the nearest Netflix. When I mail from MA, VT, AZ even tho the envelope says Hartford it seems to go to the nearest Netflix.

I have noticed that NetFlix Receiving performance (time you hand over to post office to the time you get the email stating DVD has been received) varies based on the office you send it to. Here's what I think so far of sneding DVDs from CT:

Hartford, CT = 3 days
Wochester, MA = 1 day
Sometown, NH = 1 day

Tip: the closest office may not be the fastest, so when you get an envelope from another office, try them out and pay attention to which is the fastest.
