Letter to my Local Postmaster February 5, 2004

I wrote and mailed (first class) a long detailed letter to my local Postmaster on October 8, 2003 and have not received a response. I have posted a copy of the letter on my web site at http://www.planetmike.com/junkmail/usps-oct-7-2003.shtml.
