Design Changes for Blogathon

Over the last week I’ve tweaked the design for Planetmike. I added the “Most Popular Posts” in the top right; I moved the “Ten Most Recent Posts” to the Left Center from the Top Right; and added a dynamic blogroll to the Lower Right. I like most of the changes, and will probably keep them. The blogrooll will be gone early in the week. If anyone has any feedback on my site, I’m very interested in hearing what you think. The site hasn’t been re-designed in years, so there is likely some stuff that should be tweaked. 7b1d91231a87fb75e0054e886a0dea57

I’m in Blogathon 2007!

I am officially registered for Blogathon 2007. I’ll be blogging at least once every 30 minutes starting at 9am (Eastern) July 28th, until 9am on the 29th. I’m hoping that people will sponsor me, as I am raising money for the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation. Pledges can be a lump sum if I make it through the entire 24 hours; or a per hour basis ($1/hour is $24, $5/hour is $120). I don’t make any money off of this, I am just supporting a wonderful organization that has helped my sister-in-love, brother-in-love, and niece. PlanetMike web traffic updated

Yesterday during the Super Bowl I ran the web traffic logs for PlanetMike.com. And discovered that dozens of people at MySpace.com are leaching images from my web site for use on their profile pages. So I am now changing those images to be an ad for my web site. I wonder how long my images will continue to be leached? And I hope that people learn that using other people’s images isn’t cool. My updated log reports are at visits. You can see a nice spike starting up in September. The August spike was a spider running amok in my blog pages. It looks like it got caught in a Blosxom loop.

Netflix Shipping Time Analysis Updated
